# How to buy B2B leads without a sales call

You can buy checked B2B leads without a sales call. Pick a vendor that
shows its price and lets you test on your own buyers first. With us, you
give your work email and tell us who you sell to. You get
10 leads with contacts, free. Then you buy a pack at
$40 a lead, by email.

## Why most lead vendors want a call first

On 17 October 2026 we looked at 13 vendors that sell leads or meetings to
startups. All 13 asked for a sales call before you saw a lead.
Only one showed a full price per lead on its own site.

The call lets the vendor set a price for each buyer. It costs you an hour
before you have seen a single lead.

## What to ask for instead of a call

Write to the vendor and ask for these six things. A vendor that can answer
by email does not need your time on a call.

1. **The price per lead,** in writing, with no minimum order
2. **A sample on your own buyers.** Ask for real people who fit the roles
and company sizes you sell to
3. **A date on every lead.** You want to know when the person engaged
   with the content
4. **What was checked, and how.** "Verified" alone tells you nothing. Ask
who checked, against what, and whether a call was made
5. **The terms.** Is it paid once or every month? Can you stop?
6. **How many buyers get the same lead.** A lead is often sold more than
   once

## Our path, step by step

Nobody calls you. After the form, every step happens by email.

1. **You give your work email.** We send your free leads only to that
   address
2. **You tell us who you sell to.** The buyer group, their job titles,
their company sizes and what you sell. You can also add your ICP as a
file or in a few lines. ICP means ideal customer profile: the roles,
company sizes, industries and US states you sell to
3. **We email you 10 leads that fit,** with contacts. We
pick one per company. If fewer fit, we tell you how many and why
4. **You write to them.** You judge the fit on real people, with your own
   message
5. **When you want more, you reply to our email.** A pack of
   50 costs $2,000, or
   $40 a lead. A pack of 100 costs
   $3,600, or $36 a lead. Your free
10 do not count toward a pack. There is no contract
6. **You do the selling.** Writing, follow-up and closing are yours. We do
not book meetings or promise replies

## What each lead contains

- name, job title and level
- work email, and a phone marked office or personal
- company, website, industry and size
- office city and state
- the content they engaged with, and its date
- a proof link: a public page that shows them at the company

Each person opened an email about a B2B report or guide on your topic.
Then they clicked a link, filled a form or opened the file. A person
checked their name and title online. Then a call confirmed that they work
at the company. Every lead is under 90 days old.

## The limits, said plainly

- **US only.** We do not deliver people outside the United States
- **One free request per company.** We send the leads to the work email
  you gave us
- **Not for agencies or data vendors.** We do not send free leads to them
- **Not every set of buyers has enough people.** If fewer than
10 fit, we tell you so. We do not fill the gap with
  people who do not fit
- **A bounce gets a new lead.** Every email is accurate: they engaged
with content sent to that address. If one still bounces, tell us within
  7 days

## How to judge your free leads

Run this test before you pay anyone for leads, us included.

1. **Count the role match.** How many hold a role that buys from you?
2. **Check the company size.** How many are at companies the size you sell
   to?
3. **Look at the dates.** Are they all under 90 days
   old?
4. **Open each proof link.** Does the page show this person at this
   company?
5. **Check the emails.** Run them through any email checker. Count the ones
   that would bounce
6. **Write to them.** Send your normal first message. Count the replies
   over two weeks

If most pass steps 1 to 5, the leads fit. Step 6 tests your message as
much as the leads.

## Questions

### Can I buy B2B leads without talking to sales?

Yes, if the vendor shows its price and sells by email. With us, you give
your work email and tell us who you sell to. You get 10
leads with contacts, free. You then order a pack by replying to our email.
Nobody calls you, and there is no contract.

### What do the free leads include?

You get 10 leads for the buyers you named. Each has a
name, job title, company, work email and phone. Each shows the content the
person engaged with, and its date. Each has a proof link. If fewer than
10 fit, we tell you how many and why.

### How much do the leads cost after the free ones?

A lead costs less in a bigger pack. 50 leads cost
$2,000, or $40 each.
100 cost $3,600, or
$36 each. 200 cost
$6,800, or $34 each. Before you pay
for 200 leads, we check that your buyers can fill it.

A personal number on every lead adds $9 a lead.
When you order, we confirm we have these numbers for your buyers. It may
be a mobile, so check the Do Not Call list before you call. For more than
200 leads, or a pack every month, write to
hello@intentchart.com. Nothing renews by itself. Your free
10 do not count toward a pack.

### Do you book meetings for me?

No. We hand you the contact, the content they engaged with and its date.
You write to them and close. We do not book meetings, and we do not
promise replies or sales.

### Why do you not name the sites the leads come from?

We keep the names of the sites and companies we work with private. We show
the two checks on every lead instead. A person checked the name and title
online, and a call confirmed the employer. Every step is on our
[How we check page](https://intentchart.com/how-we-check).

## Test it on your own buyers

Give us your work email, then tell us who you sell to. We send
10 leads that fit, with contacts. No card, no call.
