How lead companies get leads, and where ours come from

Lead companies find people in five common ways. Ours come from B2B content: a professional engaged with a report or a guide on a work topic

Five ways lead companies find people

Each way tells you something different about the person behind a lead. Ask any vendor which one they use

  1. B2B contentOurs

A professional engages with a report or a guide on a work topic. The vendor sells that person as a lead

  2. Contact databases

A tool holds the names, emails and phones of many people. You search it and export a list yourself

  3. Cold outreach

An agency emails or calls people for you. It passes on the ones who reply

  4. Booked meetings

Callers or emailers book a call with someone in your market. You pay per meeting

  5. Company signals

A tool shows which companies research a topic. Finding the person to write to is still your job

Where our leads come from

  • A professional engaged with B2B content on a work topic, such as a report or a guide. We keep its title and the date
  • Before a lead reaches you, a person checked it twice: online, and by a call that confirmed the employer
  • You get leads that fit your ICP, not access to a database
Every step, from the content to your file

We do not name the sites that published the content or the companies we work with. What you can check is the lead itself: each one has a proof link

Where the people are

We deliver people in the United States only. A person outside the US never reaches your file

What our numbers count

Each number on this site is one of five kinds. Here is what each one counts and where it comes from

The numberWhat it countsWhere it comes from
Lead ageAt least 9 in 10 leads in a pack engaged in the last 30 days, and none is older than 90 days. We count from the earliest date on record: the content or any checkOur rule since 2026-10-18, counted on the day each pack is delivered
Sample leadsEach row matches a real lead we held: role, level, company size, industry, office, the content and its date. We hide the name, company and contacts. We reword the content title without brand names. The office shows a city only when it cannot point to one personChecked against our leads on 2026-10-17See the sample leads
Market pricesWhat other vendors say they charge per lead. We print their claims and did not measure themEach range shows its publisher and date on the benchmark pageB2B lead cost benchmarks
