- You get 15% of every payment the founder makes for 6 months, after any refund
- Their first payment comes within 90 days of your introduction
- No fee for a company we wrote to, or that wrote to us, before you
- We pay your invoice within 15 days, after the founder's 7 days for replacements end
- You tell the founder that you get a fee
The terms
- We check your funding round before your first invoice at the startup price
- The startup price lasts 2 years from your first pack, or until you save $10,000
- If a partner introduced you, you pay the site price and the 20% does not apply
- A pilot pack keeps its own price, with no 20% off
- The 20% comes off the whole invoice, add-ons included
- Your free 10 come once per company
- Replacement within 7 days and our other terms stay as on Pricing

Does INTENTchart have a startup discount?
Yes: 20% off every pack for 2 years. You save up to $10,000. It is for any startup with a funding round in the last 24 months
What counts as a funding round?
A round is equity, a SAFE or a convertible note from outside investors. An investment from an accelerator counts too. Grants, loans, revenue-based financing and crowdfunding do not
How do you check our funding round?
We look for it ourselves, in public news, a funding database or your investor's page. If we cannot find it, we ask you for one public link. We never ask for a term sheet or a bank statement
Do we need to be in an accelerator?
No: your funding round is enough. We are not part of any accelerator or investor program
Can we try the leads before we pay?
Yes: you get 10 free leads for your own buyers before you pay anything. Each one has a name, an email and a phone number. You get them once per company
