Lead pilot

How to run a B2B lead generation pilot on your own buyers

Run it in two steps: your free 10 leads first, then a pack of 50. Count wrong fields, replies and meetings held, and judge the vendor by what one lead was worth to you

Who does what, and when

Each step names who acts. Our times are business days. The 7 days to report a wrong lead are calendar days

  1. YouFirst

Tell us who you sell to: job titles, company size and topic. Give your work email. No card, no call

  2. WeWithin 2 business days

Your free 10 arrive with name, work email and phone. All engaged in the last 30 days. If fewer fit, we say how many and why

  3. YouThe same week

Open every proof link. Send your usual first message to the people who fit

  4. YouWhen you are ready

Reply to our email to ask for an invoice for the pack of 50. A person answers within 1 business day. Before you pay, we check that your buyers can fill it

  5. WeWithin 3 business days of payment

The pack arrives as one CSV file. At least 9 in 10 engaged in the last 30 days, and none is older than 90 days. Your free leads are separate from it

  6. YouWithin 7 days of delivery

Check every field of every lead. Name the lead and the wrong field, and we send a new lead

  7. YouAfter your first emails and follow-ups

First readout: count wrong fields and replies. They show whether the people are real and the topic fits

  8. YouDay 30 after delivery

Count meetings held. Meetings take weeks to book and hold, so this is the count that says if leads pay for you

On packs of 100 and 200, we write on day 30 to ask how many meetings your leads gave you

What to count, and how

Decide what a meeting is worth to you before the first email. A bar you set after the results bends to what you hoped

What to countHow to count itWhen to look
Wrong fieldsOpen every proof link and read every field. A bounced email counts as a wrong work emailWithin 7 days of delivery
RepliesCount each person who wrote back, yes or no. Auto-replies do not countAfter each email in your sequence
Meetings bookedCount calls on your calendar with a person from the packEach week
Meetings heldCount only calls that took place. A no-show is not a meetingDay 30 after delivery
Your meeting rateMeetings held divided by the leads in the packDay 30 after delivery

Put your meeting rate into the cost per lead calculator. It shows the most one lead is worth to you

If a lead is wrong

  • In a pack, tell us within 7 days if any field is wrong or the person has left the company. You get a replacement lead; a refund only if no lead in your ICP is left to replace it
  • The free 10 are a trial: no replacement
